Shipping

All orders are subject to a delivery fee of Rs. 195. After placing an order on our website, RangooN will make a confirmation call to the valuable customer. Orders will be processed upon confirmation of the customer’s order.

We accept payments via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and (COD) cash on delivery. For cash on delivery (COD), please pay the rider before opening the package. The rider is instructed not to hand over the package until payment is made.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

1. If the customer does not receive the same ordered item at their doorstep.
2. If the customer discovers any damage to the item upon delivery.

Exchanges will not be entertained for any other reasons.

Return Policy

If a customer wishes to return a product, the following conditions apply:

1. The customer must return the undamaged item to us.
2. All shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
2. Pack the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Ship the item to our specified return address. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Details

1. The main product item’s cost will be refunded after deducting the original delivery charges and applicable taxes.
2. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
